The Centre runs on volunteer power… it's a precious commodity but is a renewable energy source and we always need more!

If you have an hour or so spare a week and feel that you'd like to join our friendly, hard working team then give us a ring and come and have a chat.

If you can answer a phone or make a cup of tea or move chairs then we need you!

We provide:-

• free training courses on Food Hygiene and First Aid
• help and support as you learn the ropes

Junior Volunteers

We have a small team of Junior Volunteers aged 10 upwards. They come for a couple of hours a day in the holidays to do all the extra little jobs like photo copying, litter picking, plant watering and so on. Not terribly exciting jobs but all jobs which help to make the centre look as nice as it does.
