Offices & Meeting Rooms in the Community
We're pleased to offer the resources of our lovely new building to the business and GO / NGO community serving the area of Lemington. Although we can't aim to compete with the more luxurious facilities of the big hotels and conference centres, we offer spacious, modern rooms and home made catering, all with a friendly smile.
We have a flexible and varied range of facilities; from a formal board room to an informal lounge, a larger hall setting to a small, intimate counselling room.
We also provide healthy home cooking and cater for all size of groups. Having our catering can help decrease the room rates as a we look at an overall package for you. We suggest you come for a visit and see what we can provide here on your doorstep.
We wish your stay with us as to be as comfortable and as hassle free as possible. The staff are here to help and nothing is too much trouble.
Board Room
This room has a conference table and is ideal for board meetings. It seats up to sixteen people.
Prices
- £12 per hour
- £40 per half day (four hour maximum)
- £60 per day (seven hour maximum)
Lounge Area
This is an informal meeting room with comfy sofas and a coffee table. Seating fourteen, it has a flip chart, overhead projector, TV and video.

Offices
We have a range of offices avaiable for both long-term and short-term lets.
Smaller office for short term let :
- £5 per hour
- £6 per half day ( 9am - 1pm or 1pm - 5pm)
- £10 per day (9am - 5pm)
Two larger offices for longer term lets (up to 6 months):
- £222 per calendar month (incl utilities)
Prices are inclusive of all heating and cleaning costs.
